Congratulations to BaiFit Head Coach Bailey O’Brien, on an outstanding performance at the 2022 Down Under CrossFit Championships in late November, securing 12th place overall
This was Bailey’s first major individual Crossfit competition, and seeing him compete head to head with some of the best athletes in Oceania made our BaiFit community incredibly proud.
We wanted to say a huge thank-you to our community who made the trip down to Wollongong, and all those who supported at home from the live stream. The cheering from the stands, comments on the livestream and messages are greatly appreciated, and motivate Bailey to do our BaiFit community proud.
We can’t wait to see what is next for Bailey’s journey, but we know that the BAIFIT HQ will continue providing an environment for excellence and improvement like no other.
