It has been a pleasuring having the Hills Hornets NBL1 Men & Women in for their pre-season Strength & Conditioning program in the BAIFIT HQ. We are excited to see the teams progress over the next 6 weeks ahead of the season kick off in early March.
After a few nail biting losses last year keeping both teams out of finals, the playing group has stuck together and are training hard for redemption in the 2023 season.
