BaiFit is excited to announce that we are moving to a new payment processing company, Gains Global (powered by Stripe).
Gains Global is Zen Planners new in-house payment processing company, providing many benefits including:
No customer failed payment fee’s.
Fully integrated refunds.
Quicker payment processing.
A $1.99 payment processing fee will now be included in the Zen Planner BaiFit Membership Packages, instead of after purchase in your bank statements.
We are currently aware of an error message occurring for some BaiFit clients making purchases via Card in the Zen Planner Member application. This issue has been raised with the Gains Global IT Team and is being resolved ASAP. If this issue is happening on your account, please contact info@baifit.com.au .
