BaiFit provides Small Group Personal Training for groups of 2-4. Our training philosphy is that in the small group environment, dedicated and personalised coaching can see exponential results. This has been proven by the results of oru community, seeing growth in strength, fitness and overall confidence.

Training groups with similar goals are asked to assemble themselves to maximise our programming for optimal results. Once you have your training group, contact us so we can find you space for sessions in our PT schedule.

Sessions are booked in 8 week blocks, with multiple sessions per week recommended.

BaiFit provides 1-on-1 Personal Training, for those looking for specialised attention and coaching attention to detail.
Whether you're just starting out, chasing competitive fitness goals, looking to learn a new skill, or just need some extra accountability, weekly sessions with our top tier coaches are a great way to develop your fitness.We have a specialised coaching team with an exceptional attention to detail, who are excited to help you unlock your full potential.
