BaiFit Super Saturday is our team style class, focusing on improving your aerobic capacity with a mixture of cardio machines (rowers, ski-ergs, assault bikes, bike-ergs), kettlebells, dumbbells and other bodyweight exercises. The focus on building energy systems during group fitness means that no barbell strength will be incorporated.


One of the key highlights of BaiFit Super Saturday classes, is the socialisation and community.
