TRAIN WITH BAIFIT #2 - TORIAN SIMULATION WEEKEND

Ever wondered what it is like to train like a full-time athlete? Well now is your chance to try! 

Join our ‘Train With BaiFit’ 3 Day Training Camp. This Training Camp is designed to provide you with the opportunity to complete a Torian Pro Elite Individual Simulation Weekend. 

You will train exactly how our Head Coach & CrossFit Semi Finals athlete Bailey O’Brien does, along with various BaiFit  members and coaches over the course of 3 days. Interact with BaiFit team and coaches discussing training programs, nutrition, recovery, dealing with weaknesses, and goal setting.

• 5:30pm - 6:00pm | Arrival & Registration
• 6:00pm - 7:00pm | Session 1
• 7:00pm - 8:00pm | Dinner

Saturday 11 May 2024 

• 10:00am | Session 2
• 12:30pm | Session 3
• 3:00pm | Session 4

Sunday 12 May 2024

• 10:00am | Session 5
• 12:00pm | Session 6

What to Bring:

1. Proof of Registration.
2. Government-issued photo ID.
3. Suitable clothes for working out
4. Any personal equipment (grips, weight belts, jump ropes, etc.)
5. Snacks, food and drinks for use during the day between sessions

This training seminar is for ages 18 and above. Registration does not include accomodation and meals.

At the conclusion of the weekend, you will be given a 50% discount for your first month of our Road to RX online programming via BaiFit.
