ABOUT 1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING
1-on-1 Personal Training is a private session between yourself and a high quality coach. Each session will be completely tailored towards your goals and ability, providing you with the opportunity to improve. At BaiFit, we encourage multiple sessions per week to ensure that you are able to make the best progress possible. These sessions are well complemented with our group fitness offerings to provide a rounded training week. Sessions are sold in 8 week blocks to provide adequate timing for the best improvements.
